I was an operator for ten years before I was an engineer. 350+ short-term rental properties, and at one point one of Australia's top 30 Airbnb operators. I built a commercial cleaning company and sold it to a national operator, and ran commercial laundry, laundromats, and villa management in Bali.
Now I write the software I wanted back then. STR tools with Claude built in, direct-booking sites, MCP servers on top of Hostaway, agent workflows. Seven products are live, including an iOS app and Meta Ads tooling.
